photography basics dvd or video?

Hello all...I've finally done it. I got an assistant job at a studio in town called Bruton Stroube and have officially on my way to changing careers. I'm excited, I'm scared, and most importantly, I'm in need of any info I can get my grubby little hands on.

Anyhoo, I would love to get some dvds or vhs tapes of some photography basics, studio lighting, camera operations, etc. I figure it would help break up the reading i'm doing with a little easy watching.

Can anyone help? it is much appreciated...thanks all.
