photography + electronics

is anyone here interested in electronics? ormaybe an university student or teacher whose faculty is electronics? I am looking for on-line journals, magazinesm, ebooks etc. with articles about algorithms used in photography to for example sharpen image, or gaussian blur (this one I know) and such things... I'll need it to school soon...

Those are all software-based, not electronics.

Right. But a computer science student or an EE major who specialized in programming or microprocessors might know.

The algorithms involved are complex enough that you won't find them in anything short of a CS Textbook, really. Check a local college library and you might get lucky.

but the whole university electronics base on algorithms, not hardware... hardware is for technicians here only :]

the library is still closed... it will be open in 3 weeks
