Photography terms?

Where did you learn all the photography terms that you know/use? Was it from seaching specific subjects/aspects or was it from asking questions that people just answered or gave links for?

I find when I start thinking about something I search it and then I end up searching other terms. Sometimes for clarification because I know a bit about it and other times just for more information and then I spend time putting everything that I have learned into context and building the realtionships between it all.

Am I the only one doing this?

Erm... Knowing what the 'Circle of Confusion' is won't guarantee you will get perfect focus...

Waiting on it... hasn't come in yet... Wish it was here When they did order it they got me the Digital Photography one though and I read through that, enjoyed it

I look at a lot of internet guides on my own time and this really helped me understand the terms
