Any pointers on getting that shot of the dog running at you? Spray and pray? haha

Have the owner behind you either calling the dog over (enthusiastically) or throwing a toy for the dog. Then the dog isn't running towards you, but instead running towards his/her human.

And of course, be in continuous auto-focus with your camera set to its highest frame rate.

And for what it's worth, Maiko (MJ's human) told me that "MJ takes a break" is her favorite of the pictures I took, including 5 or 6 images I haven't uploaded to Flickr.
