Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Hello,

Can someone inform me of an easier way in Photoshop of how to apply my Action settings in one shot rather than me having to open up each image and then applying the actions to them. I have a ton of images that need the same editing, but just wondering if there was another workaround in which I can minimize my time.

thanks!

First, make sure you have no open commands in your action or the batch won't run properly.

Also, make sure your action flattens the image (removes the layers) before saving, saves the image the way you want it and closes the image as the last step, in that order.

Go to File > Automate > Batch...

Choose the action you want to batch process, choose your source and destination folders (make sure it's different than the source), and any other options you want. I always have "Stop for errors" selected that way if there's a problem I know it right away. Click "OK" and it will process all the images in the specified folder and save them in the destination folder.

It should open, process, save, and close each image one by one until all the images in the source folder have been processed. If you don't have the action close the image you end up with a bunch of open images, which can freeze up your computer if you have a ton of them.

No problem.

Make sure you re-read my post as I had to edit because I forgot a couple things!
