I just realized I have a copy of Photoshop Elements 10 on an archive drive. Is the upgrade to 12 worth it?

The price of consumer grade PsE12 on Amazon.com is $70.
I don't think very much changed from 10 to 12 but you can compare the 2.

For $119.88 ($9.99 a month subscription) you can get professional grade Photoshop CC and LR 5 for a year.

Thanks. It looks like there are quite a few additions and improvements for 12 vs 10. The cc cloud would be just way overkill for my limited skillz. I already have Lightroom 5, so I think I'll just upgrade my Elements. Thanks again!

Assuming the subscription price stays $9.99 a month.

At whatever the cost, for 10 years you would have the most current versions of CC and LR.

By the way Adobe combined Photoshop CS 6 and CS 6 Extended into Photoshop CC.
Photoshop CS 6 Extended was $999 full retail and would have been replace by CS 7 Extended in about 2 years.
Upgrade pricing for Extended was $349 and in 10 years (upgrades every 2 years) would have been up to CS 10 Extended for a total of I retail buy at $999 and 4 upgrades at $1396 more - a total of $2395 but no Lightroom.

IF Adobe ups the monthly subscription for the Photoshop Photography Program to $19.99 a month it works out to the same $2395 for 10 years worth of CC and LR.
