Photoshop Plugins & CS3 tutorials

Hey guys, I am a noob to the Photoshop world....I was wondering if anyone knows of any interesting Plug-ins for Photoshop. I got some flaming pear plug-ins which are quite interesting.

I was also wondering if anyone has used any good tutorial videos....I found a pretty neat looking one...called Top Secret but theres a waiting list to get on it...
any suggestions would be great

Plug-ins...just think of what you want and google search it. Honestly, the same goes for tutorials. I must have like 20 different links for tutorials, some good, some bad. There's a ton of stuff on U-tube!!

I've been hearing that YouTube has plenty of good tutorials.

As for plugins/actions...there are some rather clever ones out there...but they are just a sequence of commands that you can do yourself. It's better to actually learn the steps, then you can do anything.
