So much potential. The three things that bother me are merging, softness and overexposed.

It's quite overexposed.

As has been said, it is quite overexposed and the color balance is way off as well.

The image above shows the blown highlight areas in it. You can also see in the histogram how is pushed way to the right side of the histogram.
