The second and fourth look sharpest, and are nice, especially #2 IMO.

Thanks! Yep, next opportunity that presents itself I'll bump the camera to f/11 and 1/1250 or 1/1600. It was bright enough, but I was so focused on getting this critter, because I don't see them often in the yard.

Thank you! The are very uncommon in my yard, but a lot of them down by the lake, just not where I can get at them. I try to avoid tromping through knee high grass in mid-Summer.

Shutter speed won't help with focus. Shooting with motion is tough! Try shooting in burst mode in the hopes of getting one or two sharp.
 
Beautiful! Butterflies can be tricky enough without windy conditions. Gorgeous specimen - I haven't seen one before. Nice!
