Plastic plastic everywhere.....

Even on the most remote beaches - this looks like a pile of junk I have collected but actually it is untouched by me and just 'as is'.
It's an island in the western visayas region of the Philippines, very remote and low population as well as being quite beautiful.

So sad, a beautiful island, you may notice most of the beach is made of shells and coral - not stones, all scattered with plastic crap everywhere.

All the store's in Oregon charge for bags, plastic or paper. As I understood it the reason for it was Oklahoma getting to much plastic in the ocean! Couldn't believe it when I read that!
