Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
I finally got the okay from my wife to "subscribe" to LR and PS. :) Still learning but I really like the way the sun comes through in this one...... Any tips or suggestions always welcome.

If you want tips/suggestions show us the un-edited photo too and tell us what edits you did.

Great point! I just adjusted the sliders until I found the most interesting view for me.

Lightroom has several editing panels with sliders.

Having a basic understanding of what you want to accomplish before you start editing usually helps, as does having an established work flow.
I always start by setting the white balance (using the WB tool in the Basic panel), the white point, and the black point (using the Tone Curve panel).
Next I crop.
Then I capture sharpen (Detail panel), set Noise reduction (Detail panel), correct lens aberrations (Lens Correction panel), and then go back to the Basic panel and use the Presence sliders (Clarity, Vibrance, Saturation) before then opening the photo in Photoshop CC 2014 to apply the more detailed and local edits.
I prefer the variety of precision selection tools and tool options Photoshop has over the little LR offers.

Thanks much KmH! Looks like I have lots to learn. Thanks for the pointers.
