Both are real nice shots...but I love the color in #1...yes settings pls.

Heehee. See? I once did the same. Tested all the settings to have "roaring fire" and "clear flames" (like you have here) ... my settings got enclosed in my frames back when I presented my fire pics on here.

I make prints only for pictures to hang on my walls.

Were my decor modern [it's 'Early Depression'], I'd be thrilled to hang either of these.

Did you sharpen your image? Both look great. The purple is a good color.

I did sharpen both images. This are the first photos in RAW that I took. Still learning

I like those shots, alarionov! What settings did you use?

Cant remember now and if I knew how to get that info from photoshop I would let you know. I do remember that it was a very fast shutter speed.

Yes thats correct. Would be cool to have naturally purple fire .
