I just love the output of the D40....and that lens too....I sold my first D40 and a couple lens (this one included) to a nephew's wife....all in pristine condition...after a couple years I kinda wanted to see if she was using that lens, as I kinda wanted to buy it back....I found out she had dropped the combo and the lens was ruined ...
But I used that D40 with a AF-S FX 70-200mm f2.8 VR for lots of senior photoshoots, and even a wedding....it has such great output
Those were the days BEFORE I got into wildlife and bird photography....when life was simple... LOLOLOL
