Does anyone know of a polarizer that works well with a wide angle lens?

Well in what respect? If you're getting vignetting from the filter itself, than a thinmount such as the B+W slim CPOL will help, if you're referring to the banding effect, that's just a fact of life caused by the fact that the filter is covering such a wide area.

Banding is worst at 90° to the sun. So if you were able to polarize the sky with a fisheye lens, the sun crossing the sky would look like this (sorry for the amateurish renditions. I'm no editing pro):

Sunrise:

10:00AM:

Noon:

3:30PM:

Sunset:

To show you the REAL effect, here's a shot taken in mid-afternoon with my 10mm:

Throw on a CPL, I get this:
