Porsche's in B&W (c&c please)

I am trying hard to learn to convert to B&W well. Opinions on these two? This is using CS5 and the channels feature.

i think the first was a bit overexposed, too much black and i wasnt fond of the framing. the second one has good exposure. but again, i think framing was the problem. i would have shot it wider and included more of the right side, giving more negative space to the shot. overall, i prefer the second

I should mention that both of these were shot on a dealer lot on a Sunday (so I didn't get mauled) so I had no control of the surroundings and less control of the framing as I would normally.

Both conversions look great to me! My only nitpick is the reflection of the lot in #2 in the window, otherwise good job!!

Yeah that bothered me too. I darkened it considerably. I didn't want to make it black though...

I love the angles of the 2nd one with the building above the car! I also love the angles of the 1st, but I agree that it is a bit too dark in some places. The sky looks amazing in both though.
