Yep, what Jimmy said ... shirt's blown out on back shoulder, would like to see more head tilt ... needs a better facial expression too ... he looks like he's just "there" ... I don't have any connection with him ... needs to close his lips, maybe purse them together ... needs to look MEANER for that 20's & 30's gangster look ...

I like #2 better. #1 is a good shot except for the blown out shoulder and his expression could be tweaked a little. #2 looks really good in B&W and his expression is better that time.
