Thanks for the reply. I was going for a soft filter look, but I think I might have overdone it.

It is a bit soft here's one i did with just a tighter crop, sharpen, upped the contrast and put down the brightness a bit.

Not quite the look I was going for with the contrast, but it looks much better sharpened a bit. Thank you for taking the time.
