what do you prefer ?

Colors or B&W ?

I like the b&w a lot more, but it also has a lot more contrast in it. It's not clear to me that the color version could stand that much contrast.

This strikes me as a dramatic person, in a dramatic pose, so a dramatic high-ratio treatment serves well.

Flip it horizontal, I'm pretty sure you'll prefer it more aswell as the audience as the eye generally reads left to right, and the strong lighting up the shoulder/neck would lead the eye into the image.

The color + contrast one is much better. I would turn up the hair light, because as it stands, your hair blends in with the background far too easily.

Better. But the left side of your face is rather dark. Have anything to use as a reflector? White sheet, computer paper, etc. It needs to be lightened a bit. Keep shooting!!
