I really like your posing and concepts in both of these but your skin tones are way off and it looks like you lost a hand on the second one.

Thanks a lot for the input. Yes, I sort of lost it on the second pic cos I was trying to get the background colours stand out.

Thanks fonsolo. There was little light to play with since I took these photos in an abandoned building. The biggest mistake - I didn't take tripodvwith me thinking there would be enough light.

Thank you weslandaffair. I will keep all the CC in mind when I work on the next batch of photos. Actually, I am doing a beach photoshoot. Will post some more pics later next week. I hope to produce sth better this time. Please keep the C&C coming. I learn/understand a great deal after reading C&C. Thanks in advance.

Your polished skin is a cool look to me. I don't think of these shots as strict portraiture.

I can see that you are obviously not going for the classic portrait look with these images, but I think that perhaps the processing is slightly over done and thus distracting from the model. I like the concept, but toned down slightly these could be more visually appealing to my tastes.

Also, are these over-sharpened? Or is it just the web host playing havoc?

Over-sharpened, Timothy. Since there was minimal light and the goal was to shoot handheld with high ISO, the pics weren't as sharp. So, I did digital enhancement. The host is doin' all right.
