My only comment would be on number 3, try not to cut off part of his head.

Great colors, good lighting except on the third. He has some strange shadows falling against his face. My only gripe is the first two have very little separation from the background which is something you want in a portrait setting. Might try a bigger f/stop next time. Good job!
