Possible or mission impossible:)

Is there any possible way to make this picture clearer,sharper?...i was in a disco,tried to make a good picture,but as u can see

 

it might be able to be brightened up, but its not gonna look good... bad noise in the photo due to wrong ISO choice... it'll be hard if not impossible to fix

 

Impossible to get anything even decent.

 

I tried but couldn't make it good enough to be useable for anything

 

They still have discos? That's old skool. :greenpbl:
