my only problem is, is that i don't see the manage attachments icon. I subscribed on sunday (the paypal account is through Robert Heck, my father) so in theory I should see it, right?

Was it a credit card/pay pal payment or an e-check? If it was e-check, it will take a few days until pay pal completes the processing on it.
