Posting pictures

I have been viewing some of the photos the folks have posted and thought I might add to the fray.

Is there any way to just attach a Jpeg or do you have to use flicker or imgur?

I am interested in pros and cons comments on my photographs. An advantage to age is you find both interesting and useful.

I just drag a photo into my post. If it's too big it will be rejected. Mine are around 500k, but could probably be bigger.

If file is too large it will tell you. This is a small copy of a shot in my "too be worked on" pile.
