I think this is one of the huge problems. people that become accustomed to looking at only certain portions of the forum and neglect all the rest are missing quite a bit of information.

I do this, occasionally. I'm generally on daily, but I frequently just look at a couple of threads, then leave.

There is definitely a lot to absorb here. That is one reason I like to post photos on the Photo Themes. I hope to revive some of the wonderful photos there. Many are not even aware of it. You may have noticed the signature touting it that I recently added.

A few reminders during the voting period would not be unwelcome. I feel like I frequently miss the time to vote threads!

Is there anyway to pin threads in the “Active Topics” listing? I’ll be honest...with the vast number of sub forums, it’s the only way I browse the site.

I don't know about pinning to active, but I doubt it. I guess we could do daily bumps.
