This one's nice. I like it instantly.
My motto: if you can't avoid the power lines, make them your subject. Which you did. Good.
Not sure about the bright bit at the bottom - does it help? Does it distract? I think I'd have blackened that... maybe.

I like me to. Just if you darken more you can get an interesting silhouette.

I thought about darkenibg the road, but I hoped it wasn't "distractingly dark", and that it would serve as a leading line toward the water.
