Praktica bayonet fittings

Can anybody tell me what camera body manufacturers use the same bayonet lens mount as the Praktica B series bayonet?

I am looking to buy a second camera loaded & set up for astrophotography and would prefer to use some of my existing lenses rather than buy a new set! My Praktica has a TTL meter but this isn't really needed for astro work but a bulb setting and long exposures are!

I could just buy a second manual Praktica B series but I was wondering if there are any better choices worth considering?

I don't think that there are other cams that use the B bayonet, sorry.
There maybe adapters.

I used to own a Praktika MTL5B many moons ago.

I also managed to get a screw threded zoom lens in a cheap deal (this was when I was a lad). Jessops did an adaptor for it.
