Pregnancy Photoshoot for C&C

Hi everyone.
Latest photoshoot... Not done many pregnancy shoots before, and any technical advice, posing advice etc would be appreciated...

1) Her belly went too flat when she lay on her back, so I had to make it bigger.....

The one on her back with her knees up like that kind of looks like she's about to deliver.

And on the 2nd one, I like a lot of things about, I just wonder why she has her fist clenched. I assume she's just holding her shirt but then again, maybe she's going to slug that cute little girl.

Delivery was not what I got out of the first one. Her legs are together. Agree with clenched fist in 2nd. Perphaps a little arm smoothing on the 4th. I like 3 the least but get the story.

ha ha, hadn't noticed the clenched fist. I love that sharing photo's give this objective view on a photo, seeing it for the first time allows a vision of what I don't see myself.

#1 I'll aks the model to cross her legs over next time maybe?

The first one i would of taken stood up lit from behind at 45 and the light would have wrapped around her if needed you could have used another light or reflector for a bit of fill

The second shot of sissy kissing mommy's preggo tummy is really adorable! Best shot of the bunch, IMO.

More dramatic lighting on the last one would be nice to see. There's a lot of contrast in the image, but very little on the bodies. I really love the first one. The lighting is really nice, but perhaps it could be a touch brighter? It's tasteful, but still shows off the mother's elegant preggo body. Sometimes those images can get a little pretentious, but you really pulled it off. Keep messing with the lighting.

I forgot to raise it after doing lower shots rookie error! hey ho! free shoot. Noted for next time! I got a bit nervous (they are French so it made it way more challenging)

Thank you, I did do brighter versions of the first one but I preferred this one as I felt it added a bit more depth with the low lighting and makes it more abotu 'art' rather than a naked female? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I agree re: lighting on the last one. Would you suggest lowering the brightness of subject lights, and moving them further away from the camera to create more shadows?
