My son came home from school today with his weekly progress report:

"Good. Azimuth an energetic little guy. He is doing very well on his objectives and is making progress on them. Works very well one on one. Very excitable in small groups. Have a great weekend!"

This translates to:

"Wow, azimuth is a crazy little monkey. He is doing well on his objectives and is making progress. He works well one on one, but is bouncing off the walls when around other children and is winding them all up and it has become complete chaos and anarchy as a result. Finally, it's the weekend!"

LOL. Preschool teachers have the best outlook on things.

I am pretty sure I got reports looking EXACTLY like that! They are so good at not saying a lot!!!!

u should be very happy about that. my kid started public school today in kindertgarten. me, his teach and the principal had a meeting after school because he tried to stab her with a pencil. count yourself lucky

I'm glad I don't get progress reports. They usually just tell me things when I pick him up, like he's so funny and tells them wild stories. Oh and he refuses to be called by his name recently, apparently he's super mario. I'm almost afraid of what I'm going to find out at parent/teacher night this month

I think my teachers were trying to save trees... they went directly to the phone to my mom.
