Printing programs/templates

I just purchased an Epson 3 in 1 but they have dropped the ball with the software. The only templates are 20, 40 and 80 image index prints, no 4x6 or 5x7 or 8x10 output options. IS there a freeware program that has templates so I can print multiple photos on the one page with out scaling, messing with borders and margins.
