Problem with a custom Lee Filter

Hello,
I have recently buy an adaptator for adjusting my 77 mm filters to my lens that is created to use a 52 mm filter. I have then buy a grey neutral density filter (10 stops) 77 mm from B+W. I have made some tests and sometimes I have this result:

The camera settings are the following : F/8-11-16-22 10,20,40,60s ISO100 ISO reduction is off and on. The problem is the same for 3 different lens.
So, I think that my system is almost the same that the LEE filter (LEE Filters - Masters of light).
How is it possible to resolve my problem ?

try a lens hood? Unless it's like a 3-stop blemish in the filter? Is that even possible?

I can't imagine any filter issue which would cause that, that wouldn't be readily apparent just by looking at it. Have you recently cleaned (or had cleaned) your camera's sensor?

Because of the different colors and variation in size by color, I think it is lens flare.

The flare is long a narrow because of distortion caused by the bright light source being near the upper edge of the filter and the wide angle 24 mm lens.

In a pinch you can always use your hand to block the flare light or change your POV
