problems with silver efex 2 and pse 11

I used Silver Efex 2 for 1st time in pse 11 and got this any clues as to what I may be doing wrong ?

I am not sure when you posted this. But I just happened to have the same issue. It cant be a RAM problem as I just bought a new core i-5 and the only programs I am running is PSE11 and Nik so far.

Does it work if you use Silver effex pro via the standalone app?
