Program that will display pictures on my website?

I am looking for a program that I can incorporate into my website to display pictures. The program must allow for:

- 360 degree photos that the user can "spin around" and look at
- uploads by website users and not just the administrator
- thousands of photos will be uploaded

I am talking about a program like Picasa, Gallery, ect.

Suggestions?

for the 360 degree viewing i know quicktime can do that...did you try google?
im new...so cant really help...

I don't think your going to find exactly what your looking for. Thousands of user upladed Panoramics, or 3D Drawings?

Why won’t I find what I am looking for? I have seen hundreds of websites that have exactly what I am looking for. The two programs I listed do exactly what I need with the exception of the 360 degree view.
