Programmable modes on Canon 40D and 50D

Hi,

There's a slight change that during the next few months a friend of mine wants to buy my 450D and then i'd be very interested in a Canon 40D, 50D or even the upcoming 60D.

What i'm particulary intersted in are the programmable modes (C1, C2 and C3): What can you exactly program to them? I should imagine ISO speed and stuff like that but can you go as far as setting exposure bracketing on and putting the shooting on burst ("hand held HDR" -setting, as i like to call it ), and then every time you swich the mode to say C1, the bracketing and burst would be turned on?

Sry... I actually DID look through that review before asking this but apparently wasn't paying much attention .
