PSE question

I hope this is the right forum for this.
I use PSE v. 6.0
My question has to do with rotating pics. When one rotates a pic it leaves, of course, the corners blank. It also seems to have a default color. I cannot figure out if there is a way to change that color.:scratch:
Is there a way to change the color?

Yes. You can use any of the selection tools to select the blank parts. Once selected, right click inside the selection and in the drop down box click on Fill Selection. Then in the Contents part of the dialog box you can pick from a number of options for fill color choice. If you want you can preselect the foregound or background color before making the first selection, or just click on Color among the choices.
