Pulling TMax 400 or HP5

Hello Forum!

I have either a roll of TMax 400 or HP5 that was exposed at 100 ASA. It's been lying around for years in a black canister and the outside metal looks contaminated.

there is a note on it saying to develop at 100 ASA.

Can you folks advise? I have my TMax concentrate, some D76 crystals (old) and some Technidol (I thought I had HC110, but I don't) See pics attached. I'm seeing that Technidol is used for Tech Pan and a poor choice for TMax/TX HP5 etc.

Pull the leader out and see what the film looks like.

Yeah, I don't think Technidol would be good for faster film.

Addendum:

Thanks for input. Roll was trashed. Rust deposits and even precipitate embedded into the film surface along the whole length. One could feel the rust transporting it over to a clean cassette. So I turned on the light and washed off the loose rust, and behold, more precipitate.
