Taken last summer whilst waiting for an event to start that I was covering.

sky is completely overdone
it might look better if the foreground matched it
its hard to make a happy ground and a scary sky work together

^ agreed, it is hard to match ground and sky. For this one I'd probably make the sand and water a little darker to match the sky and the punch and judy stand. But that's just me. Great clouds for a shot.
