Purple flowers

I kinda like the repetitive flowery shape, but is this too busy?

The sun had come out behind a cloud when I shot this one and although
it wasn't what I was initially going for I think the lighting gives it a much
hotter summery look...

Yep, #2 for me too...the crisp detail in the single flower is awesome. It almost looks 3D.
