Puzzled...

Yerlem, you want to shoot all the shots as quickly as possible, especially if there are fast moving clouds etc. But if you use Photomatix it does a great job of deghosting so there is no problem at all even with 9 shots. When I shoot HDR its always manual especially if there are more than 3 shots needed.

I wasnt playing Kreskin Steve, you yourself said you can only shoot 3 bracketed shots, so that must be because you are using auto bracketing, as Yerlem has reasoned out. Im an internet train wreck???? Well I really dont mind being on your ignore list, really I dont. And Ive said as much to your buddy Danny. Where I get pissed off is when you guys make your comments personal. You dont comment on the post by the OP but make personal attacks on others making their comments. Is that because you dont have anything else to say? Now please, put me back on ignore.

Here's the deal, Sport: You're rude. Rude people, for the most part, suck.

Being rude is being "personal" so, if you have a problem with my comments being "personal", it's because you, yourself, have gone down that path by being rude.

I thought the OP's photo was fine. HDR? Well, no, not if it's a single shot. You could've easily simply pointed out that, seeing as it was tone mapped and not HDR, that you couldn't offer any advice. Instead, you burped up some rude, holier-than-thou comment.

You were not only not offering any help, which is fine, but you were, whether you realize it or not, belittling the OP, which is just unnecessary.

But, on to the OP's photo. I liked it. I thought it looked cool. I've lost count of the number of photos I've taken while driving (even on the 401 and the QEW!), but I've never tone mapped any of them. I think I might try it...

thanks!

Hdr is just like any other photography. You need to shoot when you have the best light for the best results.

Thats not true Disko. Any lighting condition will give surprising results when doing HDR. Dimly lit rooms requiring longer exposures will bring out light and color that cant be picked up with your eye. Subtle light cast on walls etc with soft colors can be shot with ease. Dont ever let any lighting condition stop you from shooting it.
