Call me a whiner if you will, but I would argue that you're mildly retarded. You supposedly have the lens right there to look at, so look at it and correct the spelling of Quantaray in your signature, in your thread title and within your thread so that people can see that you're capable of transcribing text from something that you own to the computer-would give them faith that you might be able to mail the lens to them...
