Its ok I guess, nothing fancy, no drama but its well exposed, not harsh shadows.
I see you used 2 flashes so you flooded the face with light in an even way.
If this is what you wanted then you got it, if you want interest and drama you will need to lower the strength of one light to give the face more depth
