Its ok I guess, nothing fancy, no drama but its well exposed, not harsh shadows.
I see you used 2 flashes so you flooded the face with light in an even way.
If this is what you wanted then you got it, if you want interest and drama you will need to lower the strength of one light to give the face more depth

40 maybe 45 its hard to tell some times. people think i am around 20 years old but ill be 40 in 2 years. one guy i know is 62 but he looks like he 85 years old.
