Quick Poll- Which version is best?

I am pretty sure picture 1 is SOOC, with the in camera HDR.
In 2, the limits may have been pushed.
3 is a 50-50 mix between the 2.

So which one is the winner?

Wow, pretty surprising 2 is winning right now, normally I get feedback that I over-saturated the image. I guess it may have worked this time. I can see that the "city" area is a lot brighter and more detailed in 2, which I think helps it too.

In my mind the reflections off the water in #2 make it work even though it is obviously well cooked HDR. My reaction
was "I like it" and then "But, your not supposed to do that".
Here I think you can get away with it.

Just to muddy it up - 3 is out of focus or blurred or whatever, so that is out. I like the warmer buildings/greenery to the left in number 2, but the sky and water are pushed too hard. Combine the buildings/greenery of #2 with the sky/water/right side of #1.

Of the 3, the middle image has the best foreground exposure and saturation, but the clouds are cartoonishly over saturated.
