Quick test..mixed brands

Ok. This is a test shot of a shot taken with a Canon 1Ds with a Vivitar-Minolta MD Mount 28mm.

The adapter has the glass element (1x factor I think) and 430 flash atop the camera.

This is intended to see the capabilities of mixing the glass and camera.

There is a bit of softness, but I am checking to make sure it isnt my eyes over the lens.

Glass in the adapter...looks like it is causing some haze over the image...
