oooooohhhhh, I like it. It has a 1930-ish feel. (The bike path logo is distracting, get rid of it and burn in the buildings a touch.)

Hmm...I kinda wanna hate the motion blur.
But part of me also appreciates it in this photo. Would be nice if you could actually see some rain. Maybe in post?

Feelings first, technicalities later. Kudos for that choice ! Blur ? Isn't it, that in the rain everything looks a little blurred ?
