Nice - kind of a dark image, so it may be worth experimenting with darker mid-tones. That would also help to hide the chrominance noise. You could also move the chrominance or color slider up in your raw conversion. Raising it doesn't appear to do much to image quality, unlike increasing the luminance reduction.
