I like the shot but the dog does kinda blend into the background a little as they both have a mix of black and white. A lighter or darker background would make the dog pop more.

Also the color watermark on the image is VARY distracting. Because you chose to make the photo B&W that color spot is the first thing the viewer sees. The watermark is not the subject of the image that thus should not be pulling attention away from the real subject of the image.

Anyway, yeah, it's tough... but we're a photography site so we call out things about photography that could be improved. Clipping the ear is the only thing about this image that isn't great. So, therefore my comment.
