Sorry that you're not getting any replies. These are pretty solid. I like your compositions and exposures --- except for the black and white one, #4. The image is mostly flat gray (looks that way to me anyway) and could use some adjustment.

Nice work though.

EDIT:

I used a plugin called viveza 2, made some control points on the child to make the skin brighter, made some on the background to darken it.

Thank you so much for your reply I was getting worried that they were so bad that no one wanted to say anything...hehe! And I like your edit. I never noticed until you put it in front of me! =)

I also like the composition of these shots... The blown out skies bother me a bit, but nothing I can't get over. Overall, nice work.

Thank you

The shots are pretty good. That's most likely why there aren't a lot of replies. People love to reply to shots they think are bad, as well as shots they think are amazing. The shots that are good and solid don't get a lot of replies. It's a good thing really.

Thanks that make me feel better =)

Just wanted to say I really like the last one.....you got the babes skin color just right.

#1, there is a tree growing out of the boys head, but the exposure is great.

3 I would crop out that part of the tree truck on the side frame.

Just watch for odd things that may be coming out of heads etc when outside.

I'm a big fan of that tree growing out of the kid's head in #1. The other kid is looking at him like, "Hai, you haz a tree growing out of ur head."

I'm not sure I like the edit by reznap... I think if you took the original to a lab and printed it on silver 'metalic' paper it'd look good, i feel like it needs that little extra '3d' push on it

I always like it better when people are captured when not "posing" for the camera,a bit like the second shot - Although they are still "posing" you managed to captured them sharing a moment. And although harder to capture a moment, it makes for a much more interesting shot. And you'll appreciate the photos so much more in the future. And the obligatory Awwwwww for the last 2 shots
