These are great. If anything #2 seems a little underexposed.

Good job; they're all slightly under-exposed (~2/3 - 1 1/2 stops). Not sure what your lighting set up was for these, but it looks like a single strobe/speedlight. Consider using supplemental reflectors; even some large pieces of white card stock off-camera would help greatly.

I like #3 cause it's like he's talking to me. Feels cinematic.

I was in my kids bathroom while they took a bath. Only lighting was the above mirror bulbs and my flash

Like the 3rd too! A reflector to soften some areas from shadows would help but they look great for being quick shots with a minimalist setup.
