Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Hello All,

This is my first post on this forum. It all looks very nice and active.
A few days ago I won this Panasonic Lumix DMC TZ10.
I loved photographing my whole life but never had enough money to buy a decent camera. Since I won this camera and recieved it today, I immidiately started taking pictures. I realy want to improve my shooting skills, so I hope I can post my picuters here. That way you can see my work and give me some feedback if you like.

Thanks in advance,

Here are my first taken pictures today. (un edited)
And the mystic chruch.

All pics were taken near my living place in the Netherlands. With the Panasonic TZ10.

If you need or want to, i can also post iso rates, shutter rates ect.

PS: what does C&C or CC mean?

Edit: removed the 'snapshots'

lol, i guess my pictures are just too awfull to comment on.

I think you should upload smaller size files lol they took forever to load. And try to keep it to two or three. C&C stands for comments & critiques I believe. I like the mystic church but if you wanted to make it better clone out the power lines. Gimp is a free photo editting program you can do that with. Sorry the others are more snapshots to me. Anyways welcome to the forum and keep on shooting.

Thank you for you reply.
They indeed are more like snapshot now you say it. I will try to Photoshop those cables out. And ill play with some settings aswell.

Maybe this is better?

I think there is a good shot in there somewhere.

I think a vertical crop will do the trick. Place the crop center cross hairs right on the building right side roof peak corner and Crop out the middle third at 4x6 size. It also better displays that lovely pine tree at the right middle.

I like it much better as a vertical. I would post the crop I did but I've never bothered to set up the ability to post photos.

LOVE that church image Krukje!

Well done, keep shooting and sharing!

I'm trying to figure out if it's lack of the proper filter, addition of an improper filter, or something else causing the blue cast/hue.

The sun was already set, there was some mist forming, and I used a lower shutterspeed to make a little more darker. There was a lot of snow and the complete sky was covered with a white blanked of clouds. With the sun set it all looked already very blue ish with the eyes, but you are probably right if the camera is not good enough.
