Rearranged files, lightroom is confused. What to do?

I rearranged some of my photos and folders and then realized now lightroom is confused... There is no way to put everything back where it was, is there any software or method to help lightroom to find all the original files again?

Are they all still in the same parent folder?

For instance, I have all my photos under the top parent folder, "All Buck's Photos". Under that, I have folders by year, then under those, folders by date and shoot info.

If they're all under one parent folder, and if that parent folder hasn't changed, just go into the Library module, right click on that parent folder, and choose, "Synchronize Folder" from the popup menu.

If they're all under one parent folder, but that folder has changed, click the plus sign on the Folders bar to "Add Folder", then use Lightroom to find it, and then synchronize it anew.
