Recommed a Secure strap?

I'm planning to travel soon and I plan not to keep my camera in a backpack most of the time. Right now I only have a neck strap and the camera swings around an also hurts my neck after a few hours.

Is there some kind of mechanism to secure the camera to my body yet still easily enables me to take a picture when I want to?

The camera is a D7000 with a 24-70mm lens so about 4 lbs of weigh I believe.

Have a look at the Black Rapids brand of straps.

I will second the black rapid straps. I have a RS-7. Usually have my d300 with 80-200 attached to it and have no issues at all with weight.

Thanks everyone. I tried an RS-4 today and it seemed pretty secure but I don't know if my shoulder will hurt after using it for a couple of hours or not.

What is the difference between the RS-7 and RS-4? Also, is there something with double shoulder straps with the same kind of idea?
